The timber used in this range is reclaimed elm timber. Each handmade piece will naturally have distinctive characteristics such as; cracks, splits and imperfections due to the nature of the wood. Any variations in colour, texture and pattern are not faults but should be appreciated. Differences between shipments are to be expected.

All standard delivery services are strictly to the ground floor. If you require extra services such as; above ground floor via stairs or lift, assembly, and/or rubbish removal, please get in touch with our team.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds and returns will be subject to the current policy or at the discretion of the supplier Calibre Furniture. Touch of Scandi is not responsible for determining eligibility for any return, exchange or refund of the said supplier’s product. Please advise our team within 48hrs of receipt of the product to request a refund, exchange or credit and we will advise Calibre on your behalf. Of note, Calibre Furniture will only offer a credit for any change of mind purchases or order cancellations. Please also ensure that the product/s to be returned remain in brand new condition, in original packaging and not assembled or semi-assembled.
