Refunds and returns will be subject to the current policy or at the discretion of the supplier Calibre Furniture. Touch of Scandi is not responsible for determining eligibility for any return, exchange or refund of the said supplier’s product. Of note the supplier does not offer a refund on change of mind purchases unless there are extraneous circumstances requiring change of mind returns. Please also advise our team within 48hrs of receipt of the product and ensure that the product/s returned remain in brand new condition, in original packaging and not assembled or semi-assembled.
