Please advise our team within 48hrs of receipt of the product to request a refund, exchange or credit and we will advise Calibre on your behalf. Of note, Calibre Furniture will only offer a credit for any change of mind purchases or order cancellations. Please also ensure that the product/s to be returned remain in brand new condition, in original packaging and not assembled or semi-assembled.
