Touch of Scandi is not responsible for determining eligibility for any return, exchange or refund of the said supplier’s product. If you wish to apply for a return, exchange or refund, please email us at info@touchofscandi.com.au within 48hrs of receipt of the product and ensure that the product/s returned remain in brand new condition, in original packaging and not assembled or semi-assembled. Of note, Calibre Furniture will only provide credit notes for change of mind returns or order cancellations, with refunds reserved for special circumstances such as major faults or warranty claims.
