Touch of Scandi is not responsible for determining eligibility for any return, exchange or refund of the said supplier’s product. Please advise our team within 48hrs of receipt of the product to request a refund, exchange or credit and we will advise Calibre on your behalf. Of note, Calibre Furniture will only offer a credit for any change of mind purchases or order cancellations. Please also ensure that the product/s to be returned remain in brand new condition, in original packaging and not assembled or semi-assembled.
