A blend created to upgrade your sauna experience with scents of pine needle, lavender and rosemary essential oils.
The scent of pine essential oil is known for having a clarifying, uplifting, and stimulating effect. It positively impacts mood by clearing the mind of stresses, energizing the body to eliminate fatigue and enhances concentration.
Rosemary Oil, similar to pine, helps reduce stress levels and nervous tension, boost mental activity, relieve fatigue, and support respiratory function. It is used to improve alertness and eliminate negative mood. And last but not least, what would we do without the good old stress reliever of lavender.
Add a few drops in a bucket of water and sprinkle it in your sauna. Also suitable for use in diffusers and oil burners.
